I've worn and abused my Sennheiser PX100 (the classic series) since 2007, and the sound has ripened. Broken in several places, super glued it many times until it just can't take another hit. But hey, the 40mm drivers are still intact, and they sound incredibly sweet. I simply cannot justify tossing it when it stopped working three years ago, and kept it in storage ever since. New to 3D printing, with the power of Designspark Mechanical, Cura, and Anycubic I3. And now this old favorite is once again my go-to headphone. This design is for a pair of 40mm drivers and Sennheiser PX100 headband. Feel free to modify it to your preference.
