Headphone Hook improved for different shelf thickness

This improvement/remix is a spin-off of the one created by Misguided on February 9, 2011.http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6256 The original design was modified to hang headphones under an office desktop, but I've built upon it to make further improvements. Based on version 4 of Misguided's short and large hooks models with the bracket bend inwards slightly to reduce sagging under load, this new remix offers several enhancements. Here are the changes: I increased the height of the lower lateral arch for better protection against accidental chair collisions that caused the headphones to fall. With the original design, I noticed that headphones often fell off, but now they're more secure due to improved protection. To enhance sturdiness, both large and short hooks now have equal side thicknesses in their bracket bends, making them equally robust. I also modified the lower corner of the bracket bend to have the same radius as the upper corner. This tweak should prevent bending under the weight of headphones. All STL files generated for this remix are now significantly smaller (130 Kbytes approx.). To cater to a wider range of users on Thingiverse, multiple designs have been created with different shelf / desktop thicknesses. Here are the options: For each desktop thickness there is a 4 design variations: - xx.yy_large_high_headphone_hook_sxs.stl: Large hook with increased lateral arch - xx.yy_large_normal_headphone_hook_sxs.stl: large hook with normal arch - xx.yy_short_high_headphone_hook_sxs.stl: short hook with increased lateral arch - xx.yy_short_normal_headphone_hook_sxs.stl: short hook with normal lateral arch Desktop thickness are: 10.00 mm 15.00 mm 15.30 mm 19.00 mm 20.00 mm 21.00 mm 22.50 mm 23.20 mm 24.00 mm 25.00 mm 26.00 mm 30.00 mm 35.00 mm 40.00 mm 45.00 mm 50.00 mm Thing files list have been sorted by thickness value to make them easily found.
