I designed these custom holders for affordable Cowin Bluetooth headphones. A centered, rounded ridge helps minimize flexing that can occur with sharp 90-degree angles. The PETG headphone hook shown has been in service for four months without warping. Dimensions: The desk edge is 26mm thick. The gap for the headphone to slide into is 18mm. The width of the headphone band is 45mm, while the width of the band in the picture is 31mm.
