Headphone holder
thingiverse
I got fed up with my Bluetooth headphones constantly slipping out of place. To keep them securely in position, I designed a custom holder that grips them firmly. This design fits snugly around a 4.1 x 1.3 mm cord, which was actually the initial goal. The clip itself is an old one that I broke and repaired with glue to attach it to the back. This project was printed using a .2mm nozzle at 100% infill density. However, I haven't tried printing with a .4mm nozzle yet, so its feasibility remains uncertain. Keep in mind that this design caters specifically to my needs and may not be universally applicable. I don't guarantee it will work for everyone, so use caution to avoid damaging your headphones. The visible damage on the cord in the image is from an earlier prototype where I forgot to mirror the connectors.
