A Simple Headphone Holder for Your Shelf. I built this to store my headphones on the wall-mounted shelf in my home office. The thickness of the shelf is 16mm and I wanted something that would hold my headsets securely while also being safe from falling off. A screw is used to attach it to the wood, and I opted for a standard 3.5 x 16 Screw for this purpose. I later added an alternative version without a hole in it, making it easier to place on shelves with limited space.
