Headphone holder cap

Headphone holder cap

I'd repurposed some 19x13mm OD Aluminum extrusions from an old yard umbrella to craft a headphone holder for my desk. The aluminum was incredibly handy. It had a plastic cap initially but it wasn't secure enough so I designed this new one. This design was actually created before I got my printer and it was the first thing I printed, as a result, it didn't stick well to the bed but the interior part printed perfectly. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Ebay Prusa i3 kit Rafts: It doesn't matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20 Notes: The fit was quite good, but it had to be tapped in and it probably won't come out easily. You may want to scale it down slightly. Also, the rounded corners were almost completely unnecessary since they barely resolved in the print.
