You can easily slip onto the edge of a desk and grasp a pair of headphones in your hand. This part was specifically created to work seamlessly with headphones featuring a sturdy headband (under 40mm) and for use on a desk approximately 0.6 inches (~15.6mm). I successfully printed this design on a Prusa Mendel using an infill percentage of 65%. My own print turned out incredibly robust, far surpassing the necessary specifications; printing with an infill setting around 40% should pose no challenges whatsoever.
