Human: V2 of the headphone hanger, smaller radius for the hanger, added fillets to sharp edges, second file is for the main part of the clamp, has hole for threaded rod and we'll see how this works out. Print Settings Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2X Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing You need to drill the hole for the threads out and sand down the dovetail on the clamp to fit to the hanger. I'm using two part epoxy to bond the parts together. How I Designed This I designed this by eyeballing my headphones (Sennheiser PC 333D) and coming up with rough estimates for the dimensions for a hanger similar to one that Sennheiser used to sell.
