Students in my 3rd grade class created numerous 3D designs as part of their project. Working collaboratively, students applied the engineering design process to deliver innovative solutions for their clients' needs. This particular group's client was a classroom teacher who required an improved method for organizing the tub of headphones used by her students when working with iPads and Chromebooks. Students designed hooks that could be easily attached to walls using double-sided foam tape from 3D.
