When designing and printing happens at the same time, I wanted to be more focused on the designing than hearing my printer. When finished I had to put away my headphone. Now it doesn't lay in the way of other things and so I can keep my desk "cleaner" ;). For best fitting in the slot it does need a bit of sanding with a file.
