Here's a headphone/headset hanger that I've designed to be compact and easy to print while still being strong enough for everyday use. The screw holes are chamfered to accommodate tapered head screws, allowing them to sit flush against the surface. I printed this design at about 40-60% infill, but if you're concerned about it getting bumped by your knee under your desk, I recommend printing at around 60% infill for added rigidity. When mounting this hanger to your desk, I suggest drilling pilot holes first and then using a screwdriver to drive the screws in. It's also essential to avoid over-tightening the screws, as excessive force can cause the plastic to crack.
