Headphone Cushion Mold
prusaprinters

Got tired of buying headphone cushion replacements. This is a mold for casting cushions from silicone or silicone foam. Made for some beats headphones with diameter of 70x65 mm when the cushion is removed. I used Smooth-On Dragon skin FX-Pro I had around. Close the hole in the bottom with some tape. Open the mold about 1 cm. Fill the mold half way with silicone, ad the center piece in the right orientation and close the mold and tighten the screws. Ad silicone if required. Put a heavy flat object on top. Use a screw driver on both sides to slowly open the mold. Needs 80-90ml silicone. 2x45mm M3 screws.

Empiricus@Dremomys
Category: Audio
