Headphone Clip for Windows Mixed Reality - LENOVO add on
thingiverse
I created my own custom headphone clip for my Lenovo WMR, which doesn't come with a headphone jack. I salvaged a cheap Clarion headphone and took apart the headband, leaving only the hinged part of the earpiece. I then cut off the original cable and re-soldered it to a standard stereo headphone jack, giving me a shorter cord. I 3D printed this custom clip using my Tevo Tornado printer with ESUN PLA filament, setting the nozzle temperature to 205 degrees Celsius and the layer height to 0.2 millimeters. I used supports as needed, carefully positioning them to minimize their impact on the overall design.
