Printed at 0.3 layers, no supports required, the incline is 45 degrees sharp. Opt for 1.5cm screws, longer ones work too - I just used what was handy since I didn't have any shorter ones on hand and had no time to grab some from a hardware store. Bolts will do fine as well, with nuts on either side. This design isn't perfect, but it's functional. The headphones need room in the middle (split) or they should be thin (under 1.5cm). Built for MS LifeChat LX-3000 headphones, but it should fit other models just fine. UPDATE: Revised by 6mm with a 10 to 14mm hole in the middle added, now supporting TrackIR TrackClip attached to the headphones.
