Headphone Bracket (Brainwavz HM5)
thingiverse
These are really top-notch headphones with truly exceptional sound quality, but after 4 years of daily use, the clips that hold the speakers started to break down. Not many people probably own these headphones, but in case the clip breaks on yours, here's a printable replacement part.\nYou'll also need a couple of washers (5mm inner diameter or larger) and a small bolt and nut for each clip. I used 1/8" bolts, but any size will do as long as it's long enough to pass through and fit the nut on without being too long to run into your head or catch on anything outside.\nWashers are spacers for the pins that go into the speakers.\nI've also included a Solidworks file in case anyone wants to modify the design (you could easily print in washer spacers, for instance) or use this bracket for any other headphones model. If you don't have Solidworks, it's a quick change, so just let me know the relevant dimensions and I'll make the adjustments.\nHave fun listening!
