This two-part easy to print set allows you to mount a headlight, phone or computer securely to your Catrike Tricycle. It will work on any bicycle with tubing diameter 26mm that I've tested successfully on my own Catrike Dumont trike. I'm printing these parts with a .6mm nozzle and 2mm shell thickness using a 20% infill pattern with gyroid, 0.24mm layer height for an easy print with no support needed. The headlight part can be printed with just a skirt, while the phone part requires a brim to hold it securely during printing. I'm using PETG 1.75mm filament by Overture, available on Amazon for purchase. The two parts are connected with two M4 x 40mm Alan head screws that provide a very secure system.
