A poignant fragment of a sculpture depicting an angel lies broken near the gravesite of the Prince family in Southampton's Old Cemetery, located in Hampshire. The angel, once securely fastened to her mounting on the gravestone, now rests precariously without her head and right wing intact. Dating back to the early 20th century, the weathered gravestone bears testament to its age. Photographs documenting this scene were taken during a local exercise approved by the government in late March 2020.
