This is a right angle flashlight headlamp mount similar to the one made by skilhunt (~12$USD). This model was made to use of the head band straps from the silicone headlight mounts that often come with these lights. Many people find them less user friendly as the flashlight clip needs to be removed so I made this 3d model which allows the clip to stay on. This mount holds the Skilhunt h04 and Wurkkos HD15 firmly (basically any flashlight with ~22mm diameter body. If there is interest I may try making a model for smaller AA battery flashlights (Sofrin HS05, Manker E03H etc) holder also features lips to allow a stronger retention of the light if you really don't want it to accidentally pop out. Simply wrap a rubber band across the two lips. Grooves in the two side arms allow for adding rubber to the gripping area if one finds that the light rotates too easily. Easiest way to do this is to cut small bands from an old road bike inner tube and put them on each arm of the clips. I've printed this in PLA for testing and it seems to hold up OK but I would recommend PETG for this application. Increase wall layer count for a stronger hold, print on one of its flat faces The two parts are attached using coarse thread screws, wood screws would likely work well. The screws used in the images came from a discarded plastic housing for a TV or other plastic framed device. For use with ~25mm wide elastic straps Hope this is useful, look forward to seeing others use this design
