You will need:3mm shock cord.either: a single 16mm or two 8mm M3 screws.optional: you can pick up some 2mm eva foam with an adhesive back to cushion it a bit. It is for these:The one in the picture is the i1R 2 EOS.There is also a larger “Pro” variant that is USB-C re-chargable, rather than micro-USB. Why:I can't stand button-cell headlamps, and a reasonable compact one tends to cost far too much when I want to have a bunch of them in different locations.I have a handful of these around and decided converting them to headlamps makes them more useful.  Maybe it'll be useful to someone else too.Pro-Tip:Always keep a headlight that is easy to operate with one hand in, or better, on the outside of your medical bag.  If you need the bag, odds are quite high you also need light and can't sacrifice a hand to holding a flashlight.  Keeping it in your teeth is great, until you need to communicate with someone. You can grab the model, and grab one on a sale where they give them away, if you pay shipping ($5).  Happens fairly often. Weight (for those who might want to consider it for ultra-light backpacking):8.8g with shock cord, without light, and two 8mm M3 screws (heavier than a single).i1R 2 EOS, 13.3gi1R 2 EOS Pro, 21.1g A general note: If you intend to use it in sub freezing temps (below 32f or 0c) then you will want to keep it in a pocket where it'll stay above freezing until you are ready to use it.  Lithium Rechargable batteries, such as in these lights (and your phone) do not like to be below freezing.  Also, never charge a lithium battery that is below 50f (10c).  They don't like that either. If you need a light that works when cold, you'll want one that uses lithium primaries (primary being non-rechargable).  They don't mind the cold as much.  But, they can't be recharged and cost a fair bit, so best saved for when truly necessary.  Printing:PLA worked fine.  The photo is PLA+ from eSUN (I didn't use it for any particular reason). No supports. No adhesion. (You can if you want, but I found it unnecessary)100% infill is a really good idea on this one.
