An old college friend turned ophthalmologist enlisted my expertise in designing an ear saver for her medical staff who are forced to wear face masks all day, and I'm excited to share the result of our collaboration. This innovative design sits comfortably on the head like a secure headband, eliminating the need for constant adjustments. It boasts a no-touch feature that prioritizes hygiene and makes it easy to use. To ensure a comfortable fit, we've made three different sizes available, accommodating various head circumferences (see attached files). After refining our concept through several iterations, we finally landed on this optimal design. Printed from TPU, the ear saver is flexible and will provide long-lasting comfort for medical staff who need it most.
