Headband Smaller for Child

This is a custom version of the [Tapered Headband](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2874549). I wanted something smaller to fit my kids, so I created this one. I liked the tapered look and decided to take it up another notch by making the top of the headband slightly wider. The extra width works well for adding embellishments too.
