I need a new headband for my PLT Backbeat 505 headphones because the original one is broken. I designed a suitable replacement model in Fusion 360, but it's still unfinished - there's no size adjustment and the soft padding isn't attached to the band yet. Despite its imperfections, this model allows me to use my headphones. You can download the f3d files and modify the design to suit your needs.
