Headband Holder
prusaprinters
I was looking around for a design for a headband holder to store headbands. I found this one on Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/Headband-Organizer-Acrylic-Display-Hairband/dp/B09B2QDSZ9?ref_=ast_slp_dpI figured that I could use this as an opportunity to work with Fusion360 and try my hand at modeling something that I could print. I was able to get it modeled and modified to fit on my Prusa Mini and then got two pieces printed. I decided to use wooden dowels and some small #4 screws to keep it relatively cheap and easy to put together. I ended up using these dowels and screws, but any ¼" dowel and shorter #4 screw should work:https://www.homedepot.com/p/6404U-1-4-in-x-1-4-in-x-48-in-Raw-Round-Dowel-10001800/203334060https://www.homedepot.com/p/4-x-1-2-in-Phillips-Flat-Head-Brass-Wood-Screw-6-Pack-809501/204275698#overlayI also will include the Fusion360 file if anyone wants to modify the design in anyway, as well as the STL that I used.Once the pieces were printed, I cut the dowels to 12" and then inserted them into the model, which has some friction fit and may hold together on its own. I then pre drilled each dowel and got a screw put in each one. It ended up working quite well.
