I struggle to make enough money by simply printing 3D models on demand from customers where I live, making it an extremely hard or impossible task. My goal is to generate reliable profit through my 3D Printing business effort. Initially, I thought it would be possible to create a head sculpture using just one face photo as reference data. After testing several 3D reconstruction software products, I found one that worked. Although the resulting 3D model was far from usable, at least it provided a basic structure that I could work with. It takes hours to finish one head sculpture using Blender. When sculpting a head, I highly recommend using Orthographic mode in the viewport to avoid distortion. Sculpting in Perspective mode would inevitably create an unflattering and distorted head.
