I was having trouble getting it to print without toppling over, so I inserted a small reinforcement at the base to fill in the space for the staff. The lower section is now rock-solid! That being said, the added block is slender and can be neatly sliced out with an exacto knife after the print is complete, restoring the 'slot' for the staff. It printed like a charm.
