Head of Plato
myminifactory
The renowned Athenian philosopher Plato (c.428-347 B.C.) left a lasting impact on the Ancient Greek world and Western thought as a whole. Through his written dialogues, he skillfully conveyed and elaborated upon the ideas and methods of his esteemed teacher Socrates. On display at the Antike am Königsplatz in Munich is a collection of antiquities from Greece, Etruria, and Rome that belong to Bavaria. Meanwhile, the sculpture collection can be found in the adjacent Glyptothek, while works created in Bavaria are showcased in a separate museum. Ancient Egypt also boasts its own dedicated museum. This remarkable object is part of "Scan The World", a groundbreaking non-profit initiative conceived by MyMiniFactory.
