Head of Digital Channels Risk Management

The Head of Digital Channels Risk Management is responsible for managing risk and associated controls related to digital products and services at First Republic Bank. Key responsibilities include consulting on potential risks in new products, markets and procedures, working with managers and teams to complete risk assessments, identifying and reporting risks or unusual trends, assisting with addressing control deficiencies, maintaining the Digital Channels Risk Management Playbook, overseeing the department's Risk Management Dashboard, advising on vendor relationships, staying current on market/technology trends, and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications include a minimum of 5-7 years of related work experience in areas such as operational risk, IT audit, banking compliance or fraud prevention, and strong presentation, communication, organizational, collaboration and adaptability skills. The position requires an undergraduate degree, with a graduate degree preferred. Physical requirements include sufficient vision, hearing, speech, and the ability to sit most of the time with limited walking or standing.
