The Meroitic period sandstone head of Ba was unearthed near an offering chamber within a cemetery tomb in Nubia, Egypt. It is now housed in the Yale Peabody Museum of Natural History's Anthropology Collection under catalog number ANT.265682. This object has been digitally scanned and processed by Chelsea Alene Graham, a Digital Imaging Specialist with the Yale Institute for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage. The scanning process utilized an Artec Space Spider in conjunction with Artec Studio Professional software in 2018. The resulting geometry was uploaded at a resolution of 0.3 mm.
