Head o Hair

Following the inspiration from fir trees, I decided to experiment with hair using a TCad sphere. My 12mm wide sphere had a Brainiac face added without a mouth, creating an effect of wind-blown hair. Though it could be better on a larger scale head, I consider this attempt a success. Feel free to modify the source file at Tinkercad (link provided) for further exploration.
