Simple adapters to fit 3rd party heads with Phicen/TBLeague bodies. It is designed fit on majority of Hot Toys, Kumik, Sideshow Collectible & BBI figure bodies with round cavity fitting in general. There are 4 different sizes. If you have a head that still doesn't fit, send me a note and I'll try to make one for you.
