Head light cable holder bowden clip on
thingiverse
I lost patience with wrapping cables to the battery pack from my headlamp around the handlebars. So, I created this simple clip to keep them in place. Mine is printed from flexible filament but the stiffer one on scale. This gives me some extra space with tolerances and still holds tight where needed. Designed to clip onto 5 mm brake housing/hose. Made it fit a variety of dropbar for my road/gravel bike. I will work on other variants for straight bars soon. Holds three loops of cable and both connectors. These are based on my Solarstorm X2 but I've seen the same design on other brands. The top clamp holds the headlamp end, and the bottom one takes care of the battery pack when you're not connected (which is a regular practice, and some cheap clones can drain batteries pretty fast even when switched off). The source file is included so you can make any tweaks needed for printing from PLA, ABS... I might tweak the shape of the cable clamps for easier insertion. I will test it on other versions.
