HE3D K280 PASSIVE FAN DUCT

To Recap I Wanted To Give A Filament Fan Duct To My HE3D K280 But I Didn't Have A 24V Fan, One Of The 12V Ones Had Burned Out In An Experiment Here So I Meditated And Drew Up That Passive Fan Duct. I Utilized The Airflow Coming From The Head Fan Radiator On Both Sides And Redirected It Beside Through A Mouth. It Resembles A Case On The Radiator That Can Be Adjusted Fine With Some Refinement Cuts Inside, Very Lightweight It Will Hold Onto The Radiator Without Any Screws! The Flow Is Well-Adjusted Below The Nozzle. As Expected, It's Not An Active Fan Driven By The G-Code And It Constantly Keeps The Filament Cool. This Allows You To Keep The Nozzle Visible And Preserve The Original - And Humorous - Small Size Of The Head Block For Such A Large Printer! It Works Better In PETG Than In PLA Due To Its Proximity With The Heat Block For K280 And K200 Owners, Let's Give It A Try.
