Improved mounts for the K200/K280 delta/rostock 3D printer are rock solid, providing an easy leveling experience. The bed can be removed without releveling every time. The kit includes a precision M3 nut driver tool for effortless M3 nut installation. For mounting the bed: * Six M3x40mm screws with pan heads ensure a secure fit. * Eighteen M3 nuts provide additional stability. * Twelve M3 washers add extra support. * Six springs keep everything in place. * Six M3x3mm nylon washers isolate the bed from adjusters, preventing damage. * Six M3x3mm rubber grommets offer a snug fit. For attaching to the aluminum track: * Twelve M4x10 socket cap screws provide a strong hold. * Twelve M4 hammer nuts ensure a secure connection. The mounts fit very snugly, so press straight down tightly. The screw hole is slightly offset toward the inside and mates perfectly with the heated bed. Discard the factory cardboard as it's a fire hazard.
