These feet are for the Home Depot brand HDX plastic shelves seen here: https://www.homedepot.com/p/HDX-18-in-x-36-in-x-74-in-Black-and-Yellow-Plastic-Ventilated-5-Tier-Garage-Shelving-Unit-241592/306331734 The unit comes with 5 shelves and 4 feet, but you need more feet if you want to break it into 2 separate shelving units. I have 3 shelves in one area, and without feet the other two fall apart.
