HDPLEX 250W PSU to Flex ATX Kit (M24 Case)

The kit includes a back plate to hold the power socket at the case's rear, a clamp to securely fasten the PSU inside the case, and a redesigned case foot to hide and support the protruding power socket at the bottom. This design is specifically for the M24 case; however, some modifications might be needed for other cases, and I've included STEP files for this purpose.I chose PETG for printing the clamp and plate due to its superior temperature resistance. The HDPLEX PSU is rated for a max operating temp of 75°C (I know it's not the maximum reachable temperature but it gives a rough idea), and the Vicat temperature of PETG is 85°C, so it should be good. After a few hours of gaming, where my system draws about 150W, the PETG parts were not even hot.For installing the clamp, you'll need 2x M3 6mm screws. The nuts fit into the slots specifically designed for this purpose in the clamp. The back plate is secured with a 12mm M3 screw and a M3 nut.The foot is there because the power socket sticks out of the case at the bottom. It's designed to hold the power socket in place without using a screw, and it works nicely, keeping everything in place even when applying quite a bit of force. I printed it in TPU, but PETG and PLA could also work.
