HDPE RECYCLING CODE AND LABEL: PRINT AND BRAILLE LETTERS
cults3d
Here are the available recycling labels based on the recycling codes described here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recycling-Code. "MAT"(erial) is a placeholder for materials like PET, ASA and others. Please see other offers. Three file types are available for print and Braille letters. Braille files have BR prefix. "df" codes represent ready to print labels including background plate. One ready to print file for one color printed label: df-01 MAT.stl Two others, the pure code: 01 MAT.stl for integration in your own meshed sculptures or two color 3d printed labels for gluing or screwing on bins 01 MAT Grundplatte-cut.stl The mesh has been improved by several slicers and the two color print has been verified by Simplify3D. Do not forget to mirror files when intending bottom side prints. Ground plate dimensions are 105x90x1 in mm. When scaling, take care to avoid uniform scaling in z and x/y directions to ensure stable thickness of groundplate. Letter height (x/y layer) in FDM should not be less than 4 mm. Use preferable scales greater than 20%. The braille letter height (z axis) should be somewhat about 0.6 mm.
