These are screen mounts for the Surenoo 4.3" HDMI-USB Touchscreen. The screen fits perfectly into the casing of the CR-10S Pro. You can use the stock rubber sheet, which is used to prevent the original screen from getting scratched by the casing when mounted. I replaced the original touchscreen as I wanted to run OctoDash on my printer. Check out my blog for more details (allpro3d.com). Mounting is straight forward and you can even use the original screws, see CAD screenshot showing the mounts and the screen inside the printer case. Enjoy :)
