You can easily find similar module on the eBay (such as this one).To assemble this case, you will need the following non-printable parts:M2.5x10 screw *4M2.5 nut *4I printed it with PETG material at 0.4mm nuzzle and 0.15mm layer height on my Prusa i3 MK3S. No supporting structure required.
