I'm using a case for this HDMI splitter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B076JDXPRG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. The case fits snugly around the splitter and holds securely when all cables are connected. Since my splitter will be mounted in the garage, I used PETG to make sure it would fit perfectly. The six recessed holes provided for mounting made installation easy - you only need to use one or two of them. A strap is also included, but I found that you can skip it if you prefer; I made mine using NinjaFlex just in case.
