I crafted this enclosure by upgrading my laptop's hard drive with a solid-state drive, allowing me to repurpose the old drive as an external storage device. To enhance its functionality, I incorporated a honeycomb design for efficient heat dissipation and flaps that ensure the case remains securely closed. All you need is an older hard drive and a SATA-to-USB adapter, and you're ready to breathe new life into your discarded hardware! This enclosure is specifically designed to accommodate 2.5-inch hard drives with a height of 9.5mm.
