This is pretty much the Shock Mount I made for my microphone, adapted to function with a 3.5 HDD. Using this anti vibration Adapter you make your noisy HDD nearly completely quiet. You really have to hold your ear against your case to hear anything at all. I designed the adapter to be universal, it should work with every 5.25 PC Bay. Using multiple Adapters should also be possible. To complete this build you need 6 small hair ties. Alternatively you can use rubber bands, but they will lose their flexibility way sooner and become bridle
