I was tired of the Brainwavs adapter breaking so I made this model to replace it. Its deigned to meet JLCPCB's 3D printing requirements. Its extremely sturdy and a very tight fit. It might take some effort to get it to click in fully. I usually fit one side in correctly then push the clip outwards from the middle of the ear hole.If you print it through JLC this model will be printed with 100% infill and will feel as solid as injection molded parts. No adjustments needed you can directly upload it to the website and use whatever material youd like.
