HD3000 corner mount
thingiverse
I had originally built a mount to place the camera at the front of my printer, but after attaching a housing (Ikea Lack), it obstructed the path and caused issues on larger prints. I decided to redesign it using FreeCAD and printed it successfully. This requires 2 x m3, 15mm+ nuts and matching bolts to secure the camera in place; removing the support from the camera itself is not necessary, which is a welcome feature. The camera can be mounted pointing up or down (as I have done). As a novice with FreeCAD, I'm sharing the files here in case anyone else wants to enhance this mount. Print Settings: Printer - Anet A8 Rafts - Doesn't Matter Supports - No Resolution - 0.2 Infill - 10% Notes - Printed with ABS but should work fine with PLA
