HD Cam - micro-case
thingiverse
This is a case for the USB camera modules that you can pick up online cheaply. They're normally 30mm x 30mm, like this one here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/114447752310 The case is meant to be held together with tiny bits of super glue dabbed on the posts, and flat bits of the cable tidy end. It's to prevent damage and make the webcam useable while you're thinking up projects for it to go in, without it getting covered in fingerprints, dust and whatever else. The posts might need a teeny bit of filing on the outer edges if your printer overprints them, the two halves should fit together without force. (I've discovered the 50 degree field of view the camera I linked to above has, and the long focussing tube means it can bring things an inch away into focus! A mini microscope! Give it a go with one of your modules..... you may have gotten a free microscope too!)
