HCmaker 7 part cooler (improved)

I designed this part cooler myself, taking my previous design to the next level. The hot end fan's mounting has been reinforced for added stability, but I kept the screw positions unchanged. I widened the air exhaust, increasing its width to 30mm and strengthening its walls while bringing it closer to the aluminum radiator of the hot end.
