This design is similar to standard HCA systems; however, it features a slanted rail for enhanced functionality. With this setup, the clamp can securely grip and release the handrail without compromising strength. Assembled in three parts, astronauts won't need to remove any components during installation or disassembly, minimizing the risk of losing pieces. The images showcase an early concept design, with further refinements expected in the final version.
