This is a mounting bracket for the HC-SR04 sonar range finder, carefully crafted to provide a snug fit that protects the sensor from electrical shorts. The bracket features two precision-cut mounting holes perfectly suited for #6-32 screws, although these can be easily enlarged with a drill to accommodate larger fasteners. Initially designed in inches for easy scaling, I discovered that multiplying the dimensions by 26 yields superior results. To further safeguard your rangefinder, I deliberately included ample space to insert a tailored piece of foam from a paper plate, helping to mitigate vibrations. The bracket's comprehensive design ensures complete coverage of the rangefinder's backside, enabling secure mounting on metal surfaces without worrying about electrical interference.
