Thank you so much for this awesome HB-RC-2-PBU-LED!! Here's my Gira version :) I created this "HmIP BSL" similar Homematic button to use with Esprit glass mint frame, and the effect is exactly as I imagined :D The base plate is designed to hold the frame in place at the right spot. The spring held by a piece of insulated 2.5mmq copper wire ensures that the glass frame won't fall down! However, I'm not guaranteeing anything - use at your own risk! The glass frame probably wouldn't survive the fall! It's also beneficial to have a smooth and flat wall for mounting, but it's not necessary. I printed the spring with transparent filament, but you can also print it with white filament if you prefer. You can attach the back plate simply using the same screws that hold the button in place, or you can stick it on. More pictures of the inside will follow soon! Have fun building your own!
