Wooster, Ohio, is home to a special tribute honoring Hazel Fraze, a dedicated individual who left an indelible mark on her community. A stone marker has been erected in her name, dedicating a baseball field that now bears her name. This collaborative effort was made possible through the combined efforts of the University of Akron and Stewards of Historical Preservation (SHiP), working together to ensure that Hazel's legacy lives on for generations to come.
