Hazardous Environment Adaptation, Tank (HEAT), Mars pattern
thingiverse
Tired of scraping sand out of your air filters? Fretting about corrosive environments eating away at your O-rings? Look no further! The Hazardous Environment Adaptation, Tank (HEAT) is the aftermarket must-have for your Imperial tank companies. I'm aware this works with demolisher tanks, but I haven't verified if it fits with other hulls. I run SLA so I usually need supports. I'm not sure how FDM would perform with this part, but you're welcome to give it a try. There are four files contained in the upload: HEAT.assembly.stl is a monolithic version with all parts - I haven't tested this yet. Assuming you don't want to be a test subject, you'll want to print the smaller pieces separately and assemble them after printing. HEAT.exhaust.stl requires three of these components. HEAT.vents.stl is optional, needing two of these parts. HEAT.engine.block.stl is the main section, requiring one piece.
